Dunakeszi Széchenyi István Általános Iskola

Széchenyi István Primary School educates 615 students and there work 61 teachers. The school is
specialized in Mathematics and languages, children can choose from two languages- English or
German.They have three language lessons per week and teachers are eager to provide them more
options for learning foreign language by extracurricular activities. Sport is part of everyday teaching,
as students have PE lessons every day and they have different sports, dance and art classes after
school regulary. School management is focused on enviromental education and especially on
language learning through drama techniques. Teachers from the school have already worked in
several Erasmus+ KA1projects,from which they have benefited a lot, exchanged good practice and
straightened their teachers' knowledge. Some of the key people – the English teachers Eva
Hudacsek and Ildikó Kiss have taken part in KA1 mobilities with the teachers from SU „Geo Milev”
and they have developed two eTwinning projects with them as a part of the dessimination of the
mobility work and in aim to improve the efficiency of the new learned methods.

CLIL  History  Geography English lesson: Pannonia As a Part of the Roman Empire

      The purpose of this lesson is giving the Erasmus+ participants experience of       korfball which can help and stimulate the improvement of ball handling skills, co-operation, team cohesion and gender equality.
